Order cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment for a full refund. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Returns

For quality assurance and safety reasons, Ironwood Labz does not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with. Products returned without authorization will not be eligible for a refund. For items to be eligible for return, they must be in their original, new condition with all tags attached. Worn, washed, or altered items are not eligible for returns.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Refund process

Upon review of a damaged or incorrect order, Ironwood Labz may, at its sole discretion, replace the item or issue store credit. Shipping costs for authorized returns of damaged or incorrect items will be covered by Ironwood Labz. For any other return inquiries, please contact our customer service team at info@ironwoodlabz.com.
